Cancellation Policy

 

For Sprinter Vans: Coming soon, not yet in inventory.

• Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup time: No charge

• Cancellations made 3–5 days prior to pick up: 25% of the reservation cost

• Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to pick up: 50% of the reservation cost

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the reservation cost

 

For Sedans and SUVs:

• Cancellations made 4 or more days in advance: No charge

• Cancellations made 2–3 days prior to pick up; 30% of the reservation cost

• Cancellations made 1 (one) day, (24hrs) before pickup: 50% of the reservation cost

• Cancellations made within 8 hours of pickup or no-shows: 100% of the reservation cost

 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or confirmed by phone call/Text message combination with our client services team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the timelines outlined above.
