Our operations are conducted in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the accessibility requirements established by the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) Ground Transportation Services Division.

Transportation Accommodations

In alignment with ATL and ADA requirements, MACAW Luxury Car Services offers assistance and reasonable accommodation upon request, which may include:

  • Assistance with boarding and exiting vehicles at designated airport pickup and drop-off locations

  • Accommodation of mobility aids such as walkers, canes, and foldable wheelchairs

  • Acceptance of service animals in accordance with ADA regulations and ATL policies

  • Allowance for additional boarding or disembarking time when needed

  • Advance coordination between dispatch and chauffeurs regarding accessibility needs

  • Compliance with accessibility-related passenger assistance expectations

  • Obligations related to chauffeur conduct, passenger assistance, and curbside operations

 

Our vehicles consist primarily of luxury sedans and SUVs. While not all vehicles are wheelchair-accessible, we make reasonable efforts to coordinate appropriate transportation solutions consistent with ATL Ground Transportation standards.

MACAW Luxury Car Services acknowledges and adheres to ATL Ground Transportation policies that require licensed transportation providers to ensure non-discriminatory service and reasonable accommodations for passengers with disabilities. We do not refuse service based on disability, mobility limitations, or the use of assistive devices.

All chauffeurs operating at ATL are trained to comply with airport regulations governing passenger assistance, curbside conduct, terminal operations, and accessibility-related responsibilities.

 

Booking and Communication Accessibility

Passengers requiring accessibility accommodation are encouraged to notify MACAW Luxury Car Services representative of any accessibility needs at the time of booking or as early as possible prior to service. Advance notice enables us to comply efficiently with airport operational procedures, thus planning appropriately to ensure the best possible experience for the passenger requesting assistance.
