We highly recommend that clients reserve their luxury car service needs in advance to ensure availability. Early booking is offered at no additional cost. While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, same-day limousine rentals are subject to vehicle availability and must be made via phone through voice communication.

Pricing may vary based on the selected vehicle and service date(s). MACAW Luxury Car Services currently lacks the capacity to support high-demand engagements, such as graduations and weddings. For all other engagements, we advise booking your services well in advance to secure your preferred vehicle. Applicable charges include a 7% Surcharge and a 20% gratuity, both of which will be added at checkout. By confirming a reservation, the client agrees to pay the quoted amount for the specified services.

Any concerns regarding the vehicle's condition/ presentation, or the chauffeur’s character or conduct must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the service. Reports submitted after this period will not be considered valid for review or compensation.
